In-person 5-week course: $695 or Private 5-week course: $999 (price per couple) Knowledge is power. Since becoming a mother & having a hypnobirth myself, I have become extremely passionate about educating expectant parents on how they can too achieve an informed, calm & positive birth experience. Hypnobirthing is as much of a philosophy of birth as it is a technique. In this 5 week programme I teach you, along with your birth partner, either 1:1 or in a class with other expectant parents, the art of experiencing a positive & empowering birth. Studies show when a birthing mother is relaxed there is a: 50% reduction in the caesarean rate 25% shorter labour 60% reduction in epidural requests 40% reduction in forceps deliver The in-person course can be booked through our booking calendar.
